Week 92

This week was nuts

MLC and 3 Zone conferences in the same week always is different

In the zone conferences we talked about obedience and working with members.  Last week when Hix and I did that interview with Pres, This week every missionary saw that video lol.

We had exchanges back in Sabana Perdida.  I talked to some people I used to teach over there, there was This one lady that always septiembre in the lessons when I was there but this time she was wide awake and told us right away that she wanted to get baptized lol.  

This week My comp and I got the pleasure to meet Brother Glacier.  He is a man who works for the church and basically his job is to train mission presidents and help struggling missions out.  We got to spend some good time with him, and got some good insight!

Our friend Winston, who got baptized last week went to the temple this week and we were able to go with him.  Super cool experience but homie was absolutely flabbergasted when he got in the temple.  He had no idea what was going on.

Everybody in the ward makes fun of me because I have a terrible habit of always saying amen after and Gloria a Dios after every sentence.  

We taught some of our friends with the old bishop of this ward and homies an insane teacher.  He convinced an Atheist to believe in God and some lady who wasn't progressing to want to get baptized

Hix and I ended Sunday night absolutely dead tired because we gave everything we had this week. 

I just realized that I end the mission in July then I start freaking out because I feel like imma die after the mission

This week we will baptize Savier. Have him in your prayers!

   This is gonna be a long one... This week was very busy.. Monday was pretty normal.  Tuesday we had Zone Conference and I got to direct the meeting which was pretty cool.   Wednesday we had Zone Council. My companion and I taught our zone about the things we learned in MLC last week.  After that we had exchanges with La Victoria. I went with Elder Mortensen. Lit exchange, we had fun out there.   Thursday we exchanged back and we had some really long morning lessons.  We didn't get back  until 2pm  (lunch is  from 12-2:30 ). So we only had lunch for 20 minutes until we had to go to work again. Later that night the APs text us and tell us that the President wanted to do MLC AGAIN on Friday.   It was a pretty good MLC. We made good plans for our Zone. Then Pres bought us all Wendys🤝. Pres left early from The meeting and all of us debated about changing P-day and weekly planning day. It was pretty dope. Week 47

  Wepa! Lots of contacting this week A lot of our old friends that were progressing towards baptism stopped progressing.  So that sucks.  But it's ok because we found a few diamonds in the rough this week!   Thanks to everybody who wished me a happy birthday last week it really meant a lot to me!  This birthday was really good.  I ate a dozen krispy kreme donuts and some hamburgers🙌🙌. We got robbed again!!  Homie just keeps playing with us.  This time he took my phone and some other stuff from the other missionaries.  That's the 4th time this has happened lol. Ricardo could not get baptized this week but we're getting there!! I took a bunch of  pictures this week but the phone got robbed so they got lost. We're going to the temple this week!
