Week 26

Que Lo Que mijos,

It's me. Elder Thompson. It's me writing this email for our sweet little Elder LaBass because he is sick. This week was pretty dope. We put a couple people on date who seem cool. And now this Sunday we are going to baptize a child who is 11 years old.

This week Elder LaBass and I went to the temple. I can't speak for Elder LaBass, but I know that I had a simply wonderful time. I'm sure that he too felt the spirit very strongly and loved how clean the temple was. That's right ladies and gentlemen we almost have 6 months on the mission. How dope is that. We now only have to serve a sister mission.

We have a few members we've started working with this week who are absolute girl bosses. There is no other way to describe them. They are bosses and they are girls and we love them. Also there's a  cat that keeps getting into our house and eating our food.

Elder labass has been sick.  Today we played some soccer and basketball this morning with some kids in the ward and then he came home and hit his bed for like 2 hours. It was quite impressive. Pray for Elder LaBass.

Spiritual thought: the power of prayer. Prayers are incredibly powerful. I Elder Thompson have discovered this power of prayer over the course of my mission. Before your mission it's quite easy to just pray in the morning and pray at night and call it a day. But when you try to make your prayers meaningful, and prepare yourself for them, and truly ask for things that you need specific blessings for specific people like yourself and others, they have much more of an impact for you personally and I believe more of an impact for others. And so, go say a prayer.

Amen hallelujah have a great day love
your favorite,
Elder Thompson.

Attached our pictures of Elder labass sitting in the middle of the street,  faces after getting rejected, us crammed in the back of a guagua like sardines
