Wepa I just finished my 100th week.  Holy cow. We baptized Ivelise and her son this week!   She loved the baptism and it was such an edifying experience. In my last área Rubio y Maria got married and baptized, they are a couple that I really loved over there. I'm going into my last week on the mission this week🤯 We finna gonna go ham this week Anyways I'll give a very sincere spiritual thought next week beacuse I need to play Basketball rn. But fr God has changed me through the mission, Gloria a Dios 10 Be still, and know that I am God: I will be exalted among the heathen, I will be exalted in the earth. Be still in your trials and doubt your doubts before you doubt your faith or testimony Deuces, Elder LaBass

Wepa Baptized Estrella! Really lit baptism, her mom came to the church and started to cry during the baptism and now she wants to get baptized! Last night our bus driver shot gunned a 20 Oz Presidente and started driving like a maniac.  I love this country This week we will baptize Ivelis and her son Esteven.  Pray for them! On Saturday night Franchesca texted us and told us that she wasn't able to go to church and that bummed us out a lot dude. But we felt the impression to let it be then talk to her after church on Sunday.  We went over there and she told us that she wasn't sure about baptism and that she has lots of problems in her life.  She said that she has believed in God her whole life but felt like he had forgotten about her so we told her about preithstood blessings and the blessings we recieve from them. Then we gave her a good blessing of comfort and I could feel the love that her heavenly father has for her as I gave her that blessing.  It wa...

Week 98

Wepa, It was a good week We went to the temple and I had a really spiritual experience,  I felt the strangest impression that Franchasca and her family needed to get baptized before I ended the mission.  Then I realized that the next time I would be in the temple my mission will be done.  So I promised myself and God that, that family would be baptized before I entered the temple again.   By that time she had gone to church only one time and 3 weeks ago and last tome we talked about baptism she said no and I thought that it was going to be impossible. But this week she went to church and is now on date for the 29th of June! This experience has really grown my testimony of this work because what I felt in the temple was clear and now it is coming to pass even though it looked impossible. Also I saw my recent convert Jose Miguel in the temple that day! One of our friends wasn't able to get baptized because she lived with a man that she was not married to bu...

Wepa, I got transferred to an area called Villa Hermosa.  My comps name is Elder Nay and I'm finishing his training! He's a dope guy with a strong desire to baptize  This is the biggest area I've been in for my whole mission As a mission as yall know, we have had the goal of 224 baptisms for the month of May.  By the end of the week we have 225!   It was such a miracle and we are only going on the up and up🦾🦾 There are no roofs in the missionary work the only thing that impeads us from having success, a testimony or anything is ourselves.   With our faith and works pointing towards Jesus Chirst, the sky is the limits! My recent convert in Tres Brazos got the calling of Elders Quorum secretary which was dope! I love the Lord and his work with all my heart. I am also very grateful for my mission President and his wife, I know that the Lord had us meet for a reason and it has changed my life! We are baptizing our friend Caleb this week, pray for ...
