Yo! Crazy week! Had 2 exchanges this week and they were both very fun and I learned a lot of things. Saw the Lord's hand so much this week.  I've noticed the importance of personal study more and more everyday.  I've been guided so much by the spirit as i've studied the scriptures.  And I don't know what it is but I just feel more immune to sin the more I read and study.   Weppaa! Crazy week, Baptized Henry!   The baptism was so amazing, and he was so ready.  He told me after that he wants the church to give him a giant thing of bread and water when he takes the sacrament next week   😂.  I love him. We got robbed two days in a row🦾🦾 Homie broke into our house a whole ago then he did it again.  But 2 DAY IN A ROW.  Aye mi madre, que vaina.  The weird part was that we locked all the doors with a dead bolt and he still got in.  But it's ok because we got the housing elders to change the lock, and this time we set booby traps on the doors. Nothing else really happened this week, just working hard, always trying to help people come unto Christ -ya tu sabes.   I taught my second district council and it was kind of OK.  I prepared so much stuff but then I choked on the spot and started saying the dumbest things.  (Public speaking is not a strong point for me but we're getting there) This ...

Saludos!! Busy week -I got my new comp, elder Polanco(A Dominican), absolute beast. I'm learning so much from him and it's a blast! - Our friend Chantel didn't come to church this week so we're gonna have to postpone the baptism. But we'll work harder this week to help guide her to making the covenants for salvation.   -Henry!! He Will get baptized next week.  I love this guy so much. He is so ready to get baptized and I only have God to thank for that! This p-day I played chess for 4 hours... never playing again Shout out to my wonderful mom!  She is literally the best and if you get the chance to get to know her, she will brighten your day.  Love ya mom!   Saludos! This was another crazy week! -We committed lots of our friends to get baptized in the near future! -We met this Lady named, Cathelin,  We had the strongest restoration lesson with her.  We got to the end of the lesson and I testified of the blessings that I have received, and that my family has received through this restored gospel.   That moment I felt the spirit surge in my soul and I felt the love that our Heavenly Father has for her and all of us! We got robbed!! ( At 2am ) -Some guy broke into our house when we were sleeping and stole 5000 pesos from me ($90)  and he stole the phone.  Kinda scary because the phone was placed right next to my bed and that means that home boy pulled up in our bedroom and grabbed the phone.  Yikes. Glad nothing happened to us.   So the whole next day we worked without a phone and it was so weird,  I felt like a pioneer. Transfer news! Elder Ford will leave and I'm staying here,  I ...

  Crazy week! We were going to baptize our friend Claudia but she received a call from her boyfriend that she hadn't talked to in 2 years ( because he was in Brazil)  and he told her not to get baptized oof. So we had a 2 hour conversation with her about getting baptized and she finally said yes.  But then she didn't come to church on Sunday so she couldn't get baptized.  We will try harder next week! - we were in an average lesson with some people then this dude walks in the house and he doesn't have hands.  And he basically begged us for money for 20 minutes so we didn't get to finish the lesson because the spirit left the room oof. -despite Claudia not getting baptized we still had lots of success this week! Our new friend Henry came to church and he loved it and is so excited to get baptized!  - Chantel and her daughter came to church and they made lots of friends with the members.  So much so that they started joking around during the sacrament me...
